I am a teacher of stretching, breathing and meditation to cultivate calm & present awareness. Being in presence with love and healing with life energy by the power of Holy Spirit. Helping people relax & restore in presence to reconnect & remember God's love & truth.
I have a passion for God & faith, spirituality & science, present awareness & conscious embodiment, feeling grounded & at ease, seeking truth & understanding, and living a full life with joy & peace. I am a being of intense curiosity, enduring perseverance, intuitive empathy, and open heart compassion.
Honoring God's creation, the interconnection of all life and us as multidimensional beings - body, mind, soul, spirit - I work to bring awareness & reconnection to the many layers.
A lover of nature, believing in the nourishments & medicines, energy & wisdom of Mother Earth that God created and provides for us. Striving to dance this life with steadiness & ease in harmony with Mama Earth, trusting in God’s will & grace with the presence & love of Jesus Christ, and Holy Spirit flowing through my being & life.
I have remembered who I truly am as God's beloved, worthy, cherished, holy daughter. Rooted in my identity and grounded in my faith with God Almighty, Creator of All, my Father in Heaven. As a believer & sister of Jesus Christ, who taught me the true nature of God's unconditional love, who brought me home to the loving Father by his mercy & grace, who was the most beautiful human while here on earth despite much suffering as & on behalf of humanity, I do my best to walk in the way, the truth, and the life of Christ. I am a vessel for Holy Spirit to dwell in, giving everything over to God to be worked in and through me all in alignment with His divine will & timing. Being in relationship with the One who loves me most, living in joy & peace.
Love is the foundational Truth. God is perfect love & pure light, His very essence & being.

Having been through burnout myself from many years of living with chronic stress, high functioning anxiety, unprocessed past traumas, unconscious ancestral traumas, deep shame and unworthiness, disconnected from self, separated from God in orphanhood consciousness, not living in alignment with truth, I understand the toll it takes on oneself and life. AND I see the grace & beauty that God has worked through my wounds & sufferings in this life for His glory, for my highest path, for generational blessings, serving the greater good of all.

For when we feel safe, grounded and at ease in body & mind, even with the external chaos life may bring, we connect with our soul and be with our spirit in love. Being and restoring in God's presence & love. And I’ve found it is through God's grace that true healing & peace come.

For me personally, coming home to God as Father through Jesus Christ & Holy Spirit and being rooted in who I am as His beloved daughter has brought more healing & restoration than I could've imagined. Deeply embedded strongholds have been broken that I tried breaking on my own for years. Surrending it all to the Lord, breaking free from bondages that kept me separated. I have learned to stand in my authority in Christ Jesus. I now know this as true healing & restoration, only by the grace of God. Not something I earned or achieved by self-effort, but a love gift of grace from my Father in Heaven.

Honoring and thanking Jesus for what he did on the cross, sacrificing himself to cleanse and purify this world by his blood and living water. God gave His Son as a sacrifice and gift of salvation for us, resurrecting the Christ so we may know God's truth & love. So we may follow his ways and come to know God as Father; know who we truly are as His beloved sons & daughters; trust His compassionate mercy, peaceful presence, & perfect love; experience the beauty of praise & worship; understand & wield His truthful living Word; put on & embody God's armor of light; let the holy fear & awe of God eliminate all other fears and anxieties: accept the need for repentance & deliverance; honor the power of the blood & water of Jesus; be rooted in our beloved identity & Christ authority; receive the truth & blessing of Holy Spirit; claim our inheritance & promises from God Most High.

Jesus did not come to establish a new worldly religion. He came to show us God's true nature by coming down to earth meeting us face to face, breath to breath, heart to heart. He came to create a new humanity. For us to be & live as beloved children in personal relationship with God our Father in light & love.

LIFE ENERGY & HOLY SPIRIT
We all have life force energy flowing through us as we are all living beings. God has given us this life energy to vitalize & sustain us as the Creator of All & Giver of Life. And it can serve as medicine to help relax & restore by God's Grace & Holy Spirit.
As a believer and faith rooted woman, the Holy Spirit, Spirit of God through Christ, lives in my heart. I let the life energy flow fully & freely through me blessed by the Holy Spirit that dwells within, serving the highest need and healing all in alignment with God's will. With the presence, love, & grace of Jesus Christ, the Son of God who sacrificed himself and brought Holy Spirit to earth, giving us this gift of grace, healing, life, and truth.
"And I will ask the Father and he will give you another Savior, the Holy Spirit of Truth, who will be to you a friend just like me..." John 14:16 TPT

The unseen (energetic) impacts the seen (physical). We can work with the energetic level to affect the physical level. Relieving tension both energetically (emotional/mental) and physically (body).
Life is full of stresses and if not processed + released, chronic stress can cause blockages. Acknowledging we are both physical & energetic beings, when energy is blocked, the body + mind suffer from dis-ease, from minor ailments to severe illnesses.
Blockages can also be from a fragmented soul, parts of someone that have been lost to traumas & darkness, disconnecting from their sense of self and depleting well-being. And disconnection from their spirit, separating a person from God, keeping them in darkness, in orphanhood consciousness from the One who loves you most.
Life energy helps to release stress, clear blockages, open connection, and cultivate unity. It enhances the body’s natural ability to restore itself through deep relaxation, connecting with the soul and being in peaceful presence with Spirit. Shining God's light & love in all the places of darkness & pain by His grace.
"The mind governed by the flesh is death, but the mind governed by the Spirit is life and peace." Romans 8:6 NIV
As you breathe with awareness and be in the present, I am an open channel for life energy & vessel of Holy Spirit to consciously flow through. Praying as the blessed life energy flows fully & freely through me to you. It is the intelligence of your own being & life force energy and ultimately God’s grace & blessing of Holy Spirit that do the healing & restoration.
I trust in Jesus & God as the almighty healers. Holy Spirit carrying forth His will & healing through the life energy. Letting God's perfect love & pure light cast out all fear & darkness. Filling you with the joy & peace of God. Giving all gratitude & glory to the Most High.
