Reiki is a Japanese energy modality that cultivates deep relaxation and promotes healing. Based on the philosophy that one’s being retains wisdom to significantly improve its own physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual condition.
“Rei” is universal and “Ki” is life force energy.
We all have reiki flowing through us as we are all living beings, with universal life energy vitalizing & sustaining us. The life force energy in me harmonizes with the life force energy in you.
As a believer and faith rooted woman, I ask God to bless the reiki flowing through with Holy Spirit so one may receive the highest healing needed from this Divinely blessed universal life force energy. All in alignment with God's will & healing and with the presence, love, & grace of Jesus Christ, the man who sacrificed himself and brought the Holy Spirit of God to earth, giving us this gift of grace, life, and truth.

The unseen (energetic) impacts the seen (physical). Reiki works on the energetic level affecting the physical level. Relieving tension both energetically (emotional/mental) and physically (body).
Life is full of stresses and if not processed + released, chronic stress can cause blockages. Acknowledging we are both physical & energetic beings, when energy is blocked, the body + mind suffer from dis-ease, from minor ailments to severe illnesses.
Blockages can also be from a fragmented soul, parts of someone that have been lost to traumas & darkness, disconnecting from their sense of self and depleting well-being. And disconnection from the spirit, separating a person from God, keeping them in darkness, in orphanhood consciousness from the One who loves you most.
Reiki helps to release stress, clear blockages, open connection, and cultivate unity. It enhances the body’s natural ability to restore itself through deep relaxation, connecting with the soul and being in peaceful presence with the spirit. Shining God's light & love in all the places of darkness & pain by His grace.
I have been trained and attuned in Dr. Mikao Usui's lineage of reiki practitioners. I am a conduit with open channels to consciously flow reiki through, but it is the intelligence of your own being & life force energy and ultimately God’s gracious blessing of Holy Spirit that do the healing & restoration.
Reiki is complementary to all other forms of therapy and wellness. It is not confined to time, distance, or space, working beyond these dimensions.
Reiki is a medicine in my own life and has helped me through a lot over the years. I am grateful to have it personally and to be able to share it with others. I trust in Jesus & God as my ultimate healers, Holy Spirit carrying forth His will & healing through the reiki. Giving all gratitude & glory to God Most High.

I have been practicing and teaching for almost a decade which has now become my work focus after eleven years of working in the corporate world as a recruiter. Having been through burnout myself from many years of living with chronic stress, high functioning anxiety, unprocessed past traumas + ancestral traumas, deep shame and unworthiness, disconnected from self, separated from God in darkness + orphanhood consciousness, not living in alignment with truth, I understand the toll it takes on oneself and life. AND I see the grace & beauty that God has worked through my wounds & sufferings in this life for His glory, for my highest path, for generational blessings, serving the greater good of all.

For me personally, coming home to God as Father through Jesus Christ & Holy Spirit and being rooted in who I am as His beloved daughter has brought more healing & restoration than I could've imagined. Deeply embedded strongholds have been broken that I tried breaking on my own for years. Surrending it all to the Lord, breaking free from bondages that kept me separated. I now know this as true healing & restoration, only by the grace of God. Not something I earned or accomplished by self-effort, but a love gift of grace from my Father in Heaven.

Honoring and thanking Jesus for what he did on the cross, sacrificing himself to cleanse and purify this world by his blood and living water. Jesus did not come to establish a new worldly religion. He came to show us God's true nature by coming down to earth meeting us face to face, breath to breath, heart to heart. He came to create a new humanity. For us to be & live as beloved children in personal relationship with God our Father in light & love.
